After a successful new keyboard introduction across Asia, a leading peripherals manufacturer wanted to retain the sales momentum by improving the consumer proposition for Chinese consumers.

We set-up a large scale product test in Mainland China to verify the working hypothesis of the product development team. We measured when, where, why and how people use that particular keyboard and why, as well as the kind of design and functionalities they prefer overall.
