Logitech, a leading global tech company located between California and Switzerland was assessing the launch of a new voice-enabled app to be used in the car safely while driving.

We combined a desk-research with a dedicated quantitative study in Germany and product usage testing in context in 4 cities across France and Germany.

We condensed these various pieces of information into sharp conclusions, which confirmed the potential, the risks, and provided a wealth of feedback on how to further strengthen the product for the launch; the functionalities as well as the voice interactions with the app.
