Hospice général, the social institution supporting people with financial difficulties in Geneva, wanted to understand if job-seekers over 50 years old should be given dedicated focus.
We led a year-long transversal piece of research covering all stakeholder: job-seekers, employers and social bodies. The multi-party, omni-dimensional approach allowed us to assess the entire path to employment of 50+ job-seekers.
We were able to pin down the most important hurdles on the way to employment across aspects and provide concrete recommendations on how to address each of them.
