Unveiling the needs of Ergonomic Computer Mice Adopters

We were mandated to understand users of vertical and ergonomic mice, a small but influential group of people, to feed the development of a new premium ergonomic computer mouse.

We organized targeted mobile ethnographic research in the US with the best technology available for contextual insights generation. That allowed us to covered path to adoption and key usage moments for ergonomic mice.

We collected rich multi-format feedback (pictures, text, speech and video), which we synthesized to drive target-based design choices in product development and create vivid consumer personas to guide activation.
